摘 要:采用高硫含量和国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ标准硫含量的基准柴油,在发动机台架上进行国Ⅳ DOC+POC柴油机的ESC和ETC测试,并利用FTIR气体分析仪对SO2和NO2排放进行测量。对比研究了有、无DOC+POC下柴油机的SO2和NO2排放特性。结果表明,DOC+POC后处理可有效减小SO2的排放,稳态循环下高硫柴油SO2平均降低56%,国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ和国Ⅴ柴油分别降低29.89%、30.32%和27.81%;瞬态循环下SO2排放无明显趋势;与原机相比,稳态ESC和瞬态ETC的NO2排放均增加。With standard diesel containing high sulfur', standard diesels with China III-, China IV- and China V standard sulfur content, ESC and ETC tests are carried out for a China IV diesel engine equipped with DOC and POC, the SO2 and NO2 emitted from the engines with and without after-treatments DOC +POC are measured with FTIR gas analyzer, their emission characteristics are compared and analyzed. The results show that DOC+POC system can reduce the emission of SO2 effectively by 56% on average for high sulfur diesel in steady state, whereas China III-, China IV- and China V diesels are reduced by 29.89%, 30.32% and 27.81% respectively; while the SO2 emission in transient cycle shows no noticeable trend. Compared with the original engine, NO2 emission increases both in steady state ESC and transient state ETC.
