摘  要:目的:观察前牙区残根保留情况下牙龈组织的自我修复能力。方法:上颌前牙区残根或残冠患者16例,将残根或残冠磨至龈缘下平齐牙槽嵴顶水平,避免磨损牙龈组织,术后第10、20、30 d观察牙龈生长情况,测量龈乳头至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离、龈缘中点至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离。利用SPSS 13.0软件对测量的实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:术后第30 d增生的软组织基本覆盖残根断面,且新生的软组织与正常牙龈在颜色、质地上基本一致。观察周期内,龈乳头至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离、龈缘中点至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离均越来越小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:该方法可以使牙龈在无损伤的情况下自我修复,达到增加软组织面积及量的效果。Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the self-healing effect of gingival soft tissue under the condition of keeping the residual roots in anterior teeth area. Method: 16 patients, involving the residual roots or crowns in maxillary anterior teeth area (right maxillary central incisor) were included in the study. Grinding the residual roots or crowns to approximate alveolar ridge top level in subgingival margin and avoiding wearing gingival tissue were conducted for these 24 patients. The growth of gums were observed in the 10 th, 20 th, 30 th days after surgery, and then, the distance be- tween gingival papilla and adjacent regions spire and the distance between the modpoint of gingival margin and adjacent tooth spire were measured. All the statistical analyses for the experimental data measured were performed by SPSS 13.0 sta- tistical software. Result: Hyperplasia of the gum tissue in the 30 th day after surgery was nearly full of residual root fracture, and no color and texture difference was found between the gingival tissue and normal gingival. With the increasing of obser- vation time,the distance between gingival papilla and adjacent regions spire and the distance between the modpoint of gin- gival margin and adjacent tooth spire were much shorter, and the difference was statistically significant (F=I 1.502, P 〈0.001 : F=26.088, P 〈0.001). Conclusion: Keeping the residual roots in clinic can make gingival have an ability of self-healing in the case of no damage.
