摘  要:为了减小中低速磁浮交通单渡线道岔区线路的线间距,降低工程总体造价,研究设计一种小线间距单渡线道岔。详细介绍这种小线间距单渡线道岔设计的完整思路和随动移梁装置、梁端抬轨装置的设计结构,并阐述防止单渡线道岔转动时梁端对接不发生干涉的方法及梁间合理的预留间隙。该设计采用UG软件进行转辙驱动仿真模拟,为中国首条中低速磁浮商业运营示范线工程化设计提供技术保障,为其他新型城市轨道交通制式小线间距道岔的设计提供设计理念和方法。To minimize the distance betwee speed maglev transit lines and to reduce the small distance between tracks is developed design concept and the design structure of n tracks in turnout area for single crossover of medium-low overall project cost, a type of single crossover turnout with and designed. This paper introduces in detail the complete follow-up beam-moving device and rail-lifting device at thebeam end, and expounds the interference of beam single crossover turnout is the method to prevent end abutment when the switched, as well as theproper reserved clearance between beams. Turnout switching is simulated with UG software so as to provide technical support for engineering design of the first medium-low speed commercial maglev line in China, and also provide design concept and method for the design of turnout with small distance between tracks for other new urban rail transit systems.
