摘　　要：总结观赏蔬菜的种类及盆栽观赏蔬菜的应用,从种类和品种选择、盆器选择、栽培基质选择、定植、养护管理等方面总结盆栽观赏蔬菜栽培管理技术。Ornamental Vegetable kinds and the application of pot ornamental Vegetable were introduced,and the cultiVation and management technology for pot ornamental Vegetable was summarized from the aspects of kinds and Variety selection of ornamental Vegetable,selection of pot container,cultiVation substrate,field planting,maintenance management,etc.
