不同睑板腺按摩法联合药物治疗干眼的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同睑板腺按摩法联合药物治疗干眼的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月我院门诊确诊为干眼伴睑板腺开口阻塞的134例（268只眼）患者,随机分成两组。观察组63例（126只眼）,由专科护士在表麻下,用翻眼镊行睑板腺按摩术,1-2次/w,联合聚乙二醇及潇莱威眼液进行药物治疗;对照组71例（142只眼）,患者自行睑板腺按摩治疗,2次/d,5 min/次,药物治疗同观察组。治疗前及治疗后1 w、1个月及3个月,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗1 w、1个月和3个月后,观察组的显效率和总有效率均显著高于同时间对照组（P〈0.05）。结论专业睑板腺按摩术联合药物治疗干眼,能有效改善干眼症状,方法简单易行,效果显著,应该在临床推广使用。Objective To make comparison between the curative effects of different meibomian gland massage methods combined with drugs on dry eyes. Methods 134 patients（268 eyes） diagnosed as dry eye associated with meibomian gland opening congestion between January 2013 and January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group（63 cases and126 eyes） received the massage for meibomian gland by specialist nurses with entropium forceps under the surface anesthesia once to twice a week. At the same time, this group also received the drug therapy with polyethylene glycol and celluvisc eye drops. Control group（71 cases and 142 eyes） carried out self-massage for meibomian gland twice a day and 5 minutes each time. Moreover, the drug treatment was the same as the observation group. Observation and comparison were made in the clinical curative effects between the two groups before the treatment and one week, one month, and three months after the treatment. Results The explicit efficiency and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group one week, one month, and three months after the treatment（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Professional meibomian gland massage combined with drugs on dry eyes can effectively improve the symptoms. It＇s easy and can obtain better clinical therapeutic effects, which should be promoted in the clinical work.
