摘　　要：目的探讨3.0T MR化学位移成像技术对常见腹部肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2012年11月以来36例肝癌、肾癌、肾上腺腺瘤、髓样脂肪瘤、肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的化学位移成像表现。结果 36例均在化学位移反相位上出现不同程度的信号减低或出现"勾边效应"。结论 MR化学位移成像在常见腹部肿瘤诊断中具有实际临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of 3.0 T MR chemical shift imaging technique for the diagnosis of common abdominal tumor. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the manifestations of chemical shift imaging of 36 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, renal carcinoma, adrenal adenoma, adrenal adenoma or renal angiomyolipoma in our hospital after November 2012. Results In chemical shift reverse phase signal imaging of all 36 patients, there were decreased signal intensity in different degrees or ＂side effect＂. Conclusion MR chemical shift imaging has actual clinical application value in the diagnosis of common abdomen tumor.
