摘 要:目的对比活体下MRI与大体标本2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色法评估缺血性卒中大鼠脑梗死体积的差异。方法对19只大鼠利用线栓法建立急性缺血性卒中模型,并于造模24h后行头颅MRI扫描,扫描完毕后进行TTC染色,利用配对t检验评价T2WI及TTC染色测量脑梗死体积的统计学差异。结果除2只大鼠死亡外,共有17只纳入本研究中。T2WI序列与TTC染色法测量的脑梗死体积无明显统计学差异(t=0.50,P=0.62)。结论对于有MRI条件的动物实验研究,T2WI序列可以取代TTC染色法快速、准确的测量缺血性卒中动物模型的脑梗死体积,简化实验流程。Objective To compare the difference between MRI in vivo and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining for evaluation the rat's brain infarct volume. Methods 19 rats were subjected to forever middle cerebral artery occlusion. After 24 hours of the model-establishing, MRI was acquired to observe the infarct volume. After that, TTC staining was implemented. The pair t test was used to evaluate the statistics difference of brain infarct volume analyzed by TTC staining and T2WI. Results Except the death of 2 rats, 17 rats were included in this study. Measurement of brain infarction volume by T2 WI and TTC staining was no significant statistics difference ( t = 0.50, P = 0.62). Conclusion For animal experiment research, T2 WI can rapidly and accurately replace TTC staining for measuring the animal brain infarct volume, and simplifying the experiment process.
