摘　　要：从制件设计、工艺设计、过程控制3方面分析,介绍了提升冲压材料利用率的具体方法和思路。提升冲压材料利用率,制件设计是基础,工艺设计是保障,过程控制是手段,三者结合才能达到最佳效果。From three aspects of product design, procedure design, procedure control,the concrete methods and ideas for improving the material utilization ratio is introduced. To enhance the material utilization rate,the product design is the foundation, procedure design is the guarantee, procedure control is the means,the best effect can be achieved by the combination of the three.
