血清MG7-Ag与TK1联合检测在胃癌诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：【目的】探讨血清胃癌相关抗原（MG7-Ag）和胸苷激酶-1（TK1）联合检测对胃癌患者的临床诊断价值。【方法】分剐检测60例胃癌患者（胃癌组）、35例胃良性疾病患者（胃良性疾痛组）及30例健康对照者（健康对照组）血清MG7-Ag和TK1水平。【结果】胃癌组患者血清MG7-Ag和TK1含量分别高于健康对照组及胃良性疾病变组（均P〈0．05）；胃癌组MG7-Ag、TK1阳性检出率均明显高于胃良性疾病组及健康对照组（均P〈0．05）；血清MG7-Ag和TK1两项联合检测的敏感性、准确性均高于两项指标单独检测（均P〈0．05）。【结论】血清MG7-Ag、TK1对胃癌具有较高的诊断价值，两者联合检测有助于提高胃癌诊断的敏感性和准确性。[Objective]To investigate the serum of gastric cancer associated antigen MG7-Ag and thymidine kinase TK1 diagnostic value of combined detection of patients with gastric cancer.[Methods]Serum MG7- Ag and TK1 levels were detected in 60 cases patients with gastric cancer （gastric cancer group）, 35 cases of benign disease patients （benign disease group） and 30 healthy control subjects （healthy controls group）.[Resuits]The serum of MG7-Ag and TK1 levels in gastric cancer patients were higher than the healthy control subjects and benign gastric disease patients （both P 〈0.05） The positive detection rate of MG7-Ag and TK1 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than benign gastric disease group and the healthy control group （both P〈0.05） Serum MG7-Ag and TK1 joint detection sensitivity and accuracy were higher than the two separate detection indicator （both P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Serum MG7-Ag,TK1 has a high diagnostic value of gastric cancer, combined detection helps to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis of gastric cancer.
