摘  要:针对异步电机在轻载和高速运行时效率低的问题,提出了一种异步电机直接转矩控制技术的效率优化算法。建立了基于定子磁场定向下旋转坐标系的电机损耗模型,分析了电机损耗与转矩、转速与定子磁链的关系,从而导出稳态时最优的定子磁链幅值,实现电机在不同工况下以最优效率运行。为解决最优磁链计算模块引入后电机控制系统动态响应慢的问题,将伺服电机控制中常用的前馈补偿与速度外环PI调节器相结合,来提高效率优化算法引入后系统的动态性能。Due to the asynchronous motor efficiency at light load and high speed operation is low, a kind of efficiency optimization control algorithm of asynchronous motor direct torque control technology was put forward. The motor loss model of stator field oriented rotating coordinate system was built based on the ana- lyses, the relationship between motor loss and torque, speed and flux of the stator was analysed. Then the optimal stator flux amplitude in steady state was derived. The optimal efficiency of motor under dif- ferent operating conditions was realized. Module was introduced to solve the optimal flux calculation, and low response of the system dynamic motor control,a feedforward compensation and speed PI reg- ulator commonly used servo motor control in external loop were combined, to improve the dynamic performance of the system after the efficiency optimization algorithm was introduced.
