摘  要:新安装调试的UMS型贝氏体等温淬火网带炉生产线主要由磁性上料机、网带炉、网带盐浴槽、盐回收装置和烘干机组成,其特点是,结构新颖,网带炉加热器分布合理,盐浴能变频搅拌,从而大大提高了等温淬火的可靠性。采用该生产线对1.03mm厚的55钢链片进行了贝氏体等温淬火试验。结果,链片的硬度达到51~53HRC,下贝氏体含量达到90%以上,满足了技术要求,保证了链片大批量生产的顺利进行。A newly mounted and commissioned UMS mesh-belt conveyor furnace production line consists mainly of magnetic charging machine, mesh-beh conveyor furnace, mesh-belt conveyor salt bath, salt-reclaiming unit, mesh- belt conveyor cleaner and drying machine. It is characterized by novel construction, mesh-beh conveyor furnace provided with reasonably arranged heater and with salt bath able to perform variable-frequency agitation, thus rendering the reliability of austempering much higher. The trial austempering for 1.03 mm-thick chain-piece of 55 steel was performed in the UMS mesh-belt conveyor furnace production line with the result that hardness of the chain-piece is as high as 51 to 53 HRC, and its lower bainiate content is 90% or more, conforming with the technical requirements and making certain that mass-production of the chain-piece may be carried out.
