摘　　要：电机驱动模块是数控机床最重要的组成部分之一,其动态特性直接影响数控机床的加工精度。本文基于GDU Helper软件各个功能,介绍了电机驱动模块基本知识,分析了GDU系列电机驱动模块的参数调整与优化,从而使其动态特性最佳,实际运行稳定、可靠,实用性强。Motor drive module is one of the most important components of CNC machine tools,which directly affects the dynamic characteristics of precision CNC machine tools.Based on the various functions GDUHelper software,introduces the basics of the motor drive module analyzes the GDU series motor drive module parameters to be adjusted and optimized in order to optimize the dynamic characteristics of the actual running stable,reliable and practical.
