摘 要:为解决一些老城区电力用户归属不清的情况,设计一套信息智能梳理系统。该系统由客户信息检测终端和上位机管理平台两部分构成。检测终端采用低压电力线载波技术检测变压器辖区内集中器与采集器的连通性、确定电力客户与集中器的从属关系。上位机管理平台含台变参数设置、远程数据通信和检测数据存储查询等在线管理功能。测试结果表明,该系统的检测率达90%以上,成功梳理了测试中两个台区下的全部电力客户和集中器的从属关系。In order to solve the problems of unclear electricity customers’ownership in some old urban areas,we design a smart information sorting system.The system consists of the customer information detection terminals and the PC management platform.Detection terminal uses low voltage power line carrier technology to detect the connectivity between the concentrator and the collector within the transformer respective jurisdictions and to determine the dependence relationship between the electric power customers and the concentrator. PC management platform includes online management functions such as parameter setting within the detection range,query and storage of detection data,remote data communication and so on.Test results show that the detection rate has reached 90% or higher,and has successfully sorted all the dependence relationships between concentrators and collectors under two transformer regions in testing.
