摘　　要：目的耳廓毛母质瘤的临床特点和治疗。方法通过1例耳廓毛母质瘤伴慢性肉芽肿炎病例,分析其临床表现及治疗情况等。结果手术切除达到治愈目的,无复发。结论耳廓毛母质瘤临床表现无特异性,误诊率高,病理组织切片是最准确的诊断方法,手术切除是最有效的治疗方法。Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment of pilomatrixoma （PM） of the auricle. Methods Analy- sis was made of one case of auricle pilomatrixoma with chronic granulomatous inflammation in terms of the clinical features, the treat- ment and so on. Results The disease was cured after surgical resection without recurrence. Conclusion In view of nonspecific clini- cal manifestations and the high misdiagnosis rate of auricle pilomatrixoma, histopathologic slide offers the most accurate diagnosis, and surgical resection proves to be the most effective treatment.
