摘　　要：目的:了解当前我国高等医学院校学生思想政治状况,使医学生思想政治教育教学更具有针对性、实效性。方法:采取随机分层抽样方法,对哈尔滨某医学院校936名在校生进行自填式问卷调查,同时深入学生寝室,对100名学生进行访谈。结果:医学院校学生思想状况宏观上看稳中有进,但仍有68.2%的学生深受当前医患关系的影响。调查发现,不同年级、不同政治面貌学生的思想状况存在一定差异性;在思想政治教育工作相对滞后的医学院校,仅有34.2%的学生对政治理论课非常满意。结论:当前医学院校学生思想状况总体态势较好,但仍然存在着一些亟待解决的问题。因此,医学院校应重视思想政治教育工作,提高医学生的政治素养;加强医学生的人文关怀心理疏导,促进医学生健康发展。Objective：In order to understand the current student＇s ideological state in medical university, to make the medical university student＇ ideological and political education more relevant and effective. We particularly did the survey in Harbin Medical University. Methods： With random sampling method, self - administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 936 students from Harbin Medical University, and interviews to 100 students were done in students＇dormitory. Results：The ideological states of medical university students are stable in macroscopic, but there are 68.2% students influenced by the current doctor - patient relationship. The survey found that ideological state of students with differ- ent grades,different politicaloutlook exited more differences. The ideological and political education in medical university was relatively back- wards. Only 34.2% students were satisfied with the political theory courses. Conclusion： Survey results show that medical students＇ ideological state is quite good with gradual improvement, but there are still some problems. The author thinks that medical university should attach more at- tention to ideological and political education work, at the same time, strengthen more humane care and psychological counseling to promote the healthy development of medical students.
