摘　　要：针对武汉市某医院原有病案管理存在的问题,探讨和实践如何应用医院病案流通数字化管理优化流程和改进软件,建立一套适合该医院的病案示踪管理系统,并将条形码技术运用于病案管理过程中的入库、归档、借阅、示踪、复印等病案流通环节。病案示踪管理系统的应用,达到了病案示踪时100%的精确定位,实现了病案零丢失和病案流通环节的数字化管理,提高了病案管理的工作效率和服务质量。According to the existing problems of medical record management in a hospital, Wuhan, this study aims to explore how to apply the circulation digital management of medical records, optimize the circulation and improve the soft. We also established a Tracing Management System for Medical Records, and applied the medical record management into the process of storage, borrowing, archiving, tracer and copying medical record circulation by barcode technology. The application of traced and positioned medical records exacts by 100%, achieving the ＂zero loss＂. We should strengthen the computerized, networked and digitized management of medical records tracing, further improve work efficiency of the medical management and service quality.
