跨国公司在华研发对本土创新机构知识溢出效应的实证研究——基于合作创新的视角

摘　　要：从跨国公司在华研发机构与本土创新机构合作的视角出发,分析合作创新中知识溢出效应的机制并构建多元回归模型,探究合作创新对本土创新机构的知识溢出效应。结果表明:与跨国公司在华研发机构合作创新对本土创新机构的创新产出有积极作用,且有助于提高本土创新机构的创新产出效率;本土创新机构的吸收能力越强,获取合作创新中的知识溢出越显著。并针对如何加强与跨国公司在华研发机构进行合作创新及提高本土创新机构的吸收能力提出相关政策建议。This paper analyzes the mechanism of the knowledge spillover in cooperation innovation firstly,and then constructs multiple regressive models to explore the effect of knowledge spillover to indigenous innovation institutions during cooperation innovation in the view of cooperation between multinational corporations（ MNCs） RD institutions and indigenous innovation institutions in China. The results show that cooperation innovation has positive effect on the innovation output of the indigenous innovation institutions and can improve efficiency of innovation output. The stronger the absorption ability of the indigenous innovation institutions is,the more significant to obtain the knowledge spillover. For these,related suggestions are given in order to strengthen the cooperation innovation and improve the absorptive capacity of indigenous innovation institutions.
