摘　　要：目的调查分析无锡新区某托幼机构诺如病毒引起的胃肠炎聚集性疫情的流行病学特征。方法通过现场流行病学调查了解病例发生情况,实验室采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法对病例标本进行核酸检测。结果疫情从2014-03-31/04-03,共发生病例7例,罹患率1.08%。现场采集肛拭子、粪便、呕吐物标本共10份,7份标本检出诺如病毒。结论这是一起由诺如病毒引起的托幼机构胃肠炎聚集性疫情。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of an aggregation epidemic caused by Norovirus in a kindergarten in Wuxi new district. Methods By field investigation,the cases were analyzed and genotype of enteric virus was detected by RT-PCR. Results From March 31 th to April 3rd,7 individuals were infected,with a total attack rate of 1. 08%. Seven Norovirus positive cases were detected from 10 specimens of anal swab,feces and vomits. Conclusion This aggregation gastroenteritis epidemic is caused by Norovirus.
