摘　　要：目的探讨KAI1/CD82和β-环连蛋白(β-catenin)蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法对91例肾透明细胞癌和30例正常肾组织进行KAI1/CD82和β-catenin蛋白检测。结果 RCCC组织中,KAI1/CD82和β-catenin蛋白异常表达率分别为46.2%(42/91)和54.9%(50/91),且两者之间的表达具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。β-catenin蛋白的异常表达与RCCC的病理学分级、肌层浸润和淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。KAI1/CD82的表达在侵袭转移组和非侵袭转移组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),和病理分级无关(P>0.05)。结论 KAI1/CD82蛋白异常表达与肾透明细胞癌是否转移有关,而β-catenin异常表达与肾透明细胞癌是分化、恶性程度有关,故对其检测有助于对肾透明细胞癌诊断和治疗进行全面的评估。【Objective】To detect the expression of KAI1/CD82 and β-catenin protein in renal clear cell carcinoma（RCCC）, and investigate the relation between it and RCCC development. 【Methods】Immunohistochemical SP method（streptavidin-perosidase） was used to detect KAI1/CD82, β-catenin protein for 91 cases of RCCC and 30 cases of normal renal tissue.【Results】In RCCC group, the abnormal expression rates of KAI1/CD82 and β-catenin protein were respectively 46.2%（42/91） and 54.9%（50/91）, and the expression of them was correlated with each other（P〈0.05）. The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein was associated with RCCC pathological grade,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）. The difference in the expression of KAI1/CD82 between invasion-metastasis group and non-invasion-metastasis group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, but KAI1/CD82 expression was not related with pathological grading（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】The abnormal expression of KAI1/CD82 was associated with metastasis of RCCC, whereas β-catenin expression was associated with differentiation and malignancy degree of RCCC, and therefore their detection was contributed to comprehensive assessment of RCCC diagnosis and treatment.
