摘　　要：目的 将Epi-LASIK和去瓣的Epi-LASlK术后各项指标进行对比观察.方法 临床病例对照研究.选取2010年8月至2011年11月在河北医科大学第二医院眼科就诊的61例（122只眼）行Epi-LASIK手术的近视患者,根据等效球镜分为高度近视组（≥-6.0 D）31例和中低度近视组（＜-6.0 D）30例,两组中所有患者均1只眼行去瓣的Epi-LASIK术,另1只眼行留瓣的Epi-LASIK术.分别对高度近视组中去瓣组和留瓣组及中低度近视组中去瓣组和留瓣组两组间角膜地形图（ISV、IVA）、高阶像差（RMSh、Coma、SA）等各项指标进行对比观察.结果 高度近视组和中低度近视组中术后1、3、6个月去瓣组和留瓣组的各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 角膜上皮瓣的去留对术后角膜形态及高阶像差未产生影响,两种术式都具有较好地视觉质量,均安全有效。Objective To compare the postoperative measurements of Epi-LASIK and flap-free Epi-LASIK.Methods Sixty-one patients （122 eyes） were enrolled.According to spherical equivalent, these patients were grouped into high myopia （spherical equivalent≥-6.0 D） and moderate-mild myopia （spherical equivalent〈-6.0 D）.One eye of each patient was randomly chosen to give Epi-LASIK, and the other eye to give flap-free Epi-LASIK.Postoperative corneal tomography （ISV and IVA） and high order aberration （RMSh, Coma and SA） of each eye were recorded.Results No difference of measurements was observed at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months between both surgeries of high myopia and moderate-mild myopia.Conclusions No matter flap on or flap off, both surgeries yield good visual quality, and both methods have great safety and efficacy.
