摘 要:由于电控单体泵系统对原机械式喷油系统的柴油机结构改动小,对燃油品质的要求相对较低,排放稳定性好,故适用于防爆柴油机。而电控单体泵柴油机引入防爆系统后性能降低,排放增加。其中扭矩平均下降6.06%,功率平均下降8.28%,油耗率平均增加2.67%,CO平均增加170%,NOx平均增加7.78%。通过AMESIM仿真模型得到喷油定时对电控单体泵柴油机的喷油量以及喷油压力几乎没有影响。并利用电控单体泵的喷油定时特性对不同转速下的喷油定时与喷油脉宽的合理匹配,在一定程度上弥补加入防爆系统后电控单体泵柴油机全工况下的性能损失以及在一定范围内改善排放,并取得扭矩工况与额定工况的最佳匹配点。As the electric unit pump system requires small changes in the original mechanical fuel injection system of diesel engine structure,with relatively low demand for fuel quality,and stable mission,it is suitable for the flameproof diesel engine. With the explosion protection system introduced,the performance of the electronic control unit pump diesel engine is reduced,and the emission is increased. In which on average the torque reduces by 6. 06%,power reduces8. 28%,and fuel consumption rate increases 2. 67%,CO increases 170%,and NOx increases 7. 78%. There is little influence on the fuel injection quantity and injection pressure of the electronically controlled unit pump diesel engine with fuel injection timing by AMESIM simulation model. The injection timing characteristics of the electronic control unit pump fuel under different rotational speed is used for the reasonable matching in fuel injection timing and injection pulse width,to some extent,it compensates the loss of the performance in the working conditions after the explosion- proof system added in the electric unit pump diesel engine,as well as the emissions improved within a certain scope,and the best matching point of the torque working condition and the rated conditions is obtained.
