摘　　要：文章分析了大型浆纱设备的活动溢流板结构在小样浆纱机使用上的不足,设计了一种固定式溢流板结构。该结构由溢流结构和放浆机构构成,溢流结构简单,方便工人操作,放浆机构可以实现自动放浆,其在小样浆纱机上使用效果良好。A fixed structure of overflow plate was designed by analyzing deficiencies of overflow plate of large sizing equipment used in sample sizing machine.The structure constituded of overflow structure and discharging slurry sector had favorable result on sample sizing machine.The overflow structure was simple,operating easily.the discharging slurry sector could discharge slurry automatically.
