中西联合治疗肠易激综合征应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中西联合治疗肠易激综合征的临床价值。方法将我院2012年1月-2014年9月接诊的肠易激综合征患者50例进行研究,皆签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究,据随机数字表法分为研究组(25例)和对照组(25例)。其中,对照组采取西药处理,研究组则在对照组西药治疗基础上加用中药治疗,观察记录两组患者临床疗效与不良反应情况,并对比分析。结果研究组患者治疗后总有效率为92.00%(23/25),对照组则为76.00%(19/25),研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生2例,对照组发生3例,组间不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对肠易激综合征患者采取中西联合治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,疗效确切,安全性高,有很高的临床价值,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical value of integrated medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 50 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome from January 2012 to September 2014 were selected as research subjects,and they all signed informed consent to cooperate with the research. They were randomly divided into research group（ 25 cases） and control group（ 25 cases）.The control group took Western medicine treatment. The research group used therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on Western medicine. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate of the research group and the control group was 92. 00%（ 23 /25） and 76. 00%（ 19 /25）,respectively,and the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that the control group（ P〈0. 05）. 2 cases occurred adverse reactions in the research,3 cases occurred adverse reactions in the control group,and incidence of adverse reactions between groups have no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has good curative effect,high safety,high clinical value,and is worth referring.
