Tau预测紫杉醇对非小细胞肺癌化疗敏感性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Tau低表达与非小细胞肺癌对紫杉醇敏感性的关系。方法选择采用紫杉醇+顺铂化疗的非小细胞肺癌共60例,按照对紫杉醇敏感性分为敏感组与耐药组,检测两组Tau蛋白的表达水平,分析腺癌、鳞癌以及不同性别中Tau蛋白低表达率与紫杉醇敏感性的关系。结果肺腺癌患者紫杉醇敏感组Tau低表达率明显高于耐药组(分别为74.07%与30.30%,P<0.05)。而鳞癌患者紫杉醇敏感组与耐药组Tau低表达率分别为72.73%与35.71%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。而紫杉醇敏感组亚组分析发现,男性与女性的Tau的低表达率分别为68.75%与81.82%,与相应的紫杉醇耐药组相比Tau低表达率差异不显著。结论 Tau低表达能作为预测肺腺癌对紫杉醇敏感性的有效指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship between Tau low expression and chemosensitivity of paclitaxel in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who accepted chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin were enrolled in the present study. All the patients were divided into 2groups： paclitaxel sensitive group and paclitaxel resistant group. The expressions of Tau in both groups were detected,and the relationship between the low expression rate of Tau and paclitaxel sensitivity was analyzed.Results In lung adenocarcinoma tissue,Tau low expression rate in paclitaxel sensitive group was significantly higher than paclitaxel resistant group（ 74. 07% vs. 30. 30%,P〈0. 05）. Tau low expression rate in lung squamous carcinoma tissue in paclitaxel sensitive group and paclitaxel resistant group were 72. 73% and 35. 71%respectively,There was no significant difference between them（ P〉0. 05）. Tau low expression rate of male and female in paclitaxel sensitive group were 68. 75% and 81. 82% %,both of them had no significant difference compare to paclitaxel resistant group respectively. Conclusions Low expression rate of Tau can predict lung adenocarcinoma＇s susceptibility to paclitaxel.
