摘　　要：通过分析物流行业的特点,针对行业特点研究物流企业的文化建设重点,使物流企业文化建设更卓有成效,充分发挥物流企业文化应有的作用。In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of the logistics industry, we studied the key points in the cultural construction of the logistics enterprises to enhance the benefits of the cultural construction of the logistics enterprises and fully wield the due function of the corporate culture of the logistics enterprises.
