摘　　要：针对战略投送基地物资预储的不确定信息,将证据理论引用到评估模型中。建立战略投送基地不确定需求影响度评估的指标体系,采用层次分析法进行评估分析,利用D-S证据理论的Dempster合成规则将专家的评估意见进行综合,得出最终的评估结论。In this paper, in view of the uncertainty for the material reserve at strategic delivery depots, we introduced the evidence theory into the corresponding evaluation model to build the evaluation index system of the influence of the uncertainty on the strategic delivery depots which applied the AHP and D-S evidence theory to expert opinion to obtain a comprehensive score ,and at the end reached the final evaluation result.
