王船山关于分配正义的论说

摘　　要：王船山关于分配正义的论说是王船山政治思想中具有近代性因素的重要论说。王船山提出了"敬天地之产而秩以其分"的分配理念,并对传统的"均平"理论进行改造,认为"均平"并不是通力合作过集体制的生活,也不是实行"高抑下亢"的强制性平均分配原则,而是要遵循"絜矩之道"。由于船山视域中的"絜矩之道"包含生发出"公共理性"的可能性,凸显了分配正义中的"需要"原则,体现了完整的自由精神,因而是实现"均平"的重要原则,是通向分配正义的重要路径。王船山关于分配正义的论说中的许多合理、进步的思想成分即使对于今天社会主义中国实现分配正义、构建社会主义和谐社会依然具有重要启示意义。Wang Chuanshan’s discourse of distributive justice has been an important discourse in Wang Chuanshan’s political ideology for its elements of modern ideology. Wang Chuanshan has raised the distribution idea to ＂treat natural products with earnest and caution,and to make distributions according to their ordinary states＂,and to reform the traditional ideology on＂equality and justice＂,maintaining that ＂equality and justice＂does not mean to live together with joint forces under the collective system,nor does it mean to carry out the mandatory principle of equal distribution to ＂suppress people of high positions,while to promote people of low positions＂,but to follow＂The Dao of Xieju＂.Because the＂The Dao of Xieju＂within Wang Chuanshan’s view has contained the possibility of producing ＂public reason＂,highlighting the principle of ＂need＂in distrbutive justice,reflecting a comprehensive spirit of freedom,it has been an important principle to achieve ＂equality and justice＂and an important way to realize distrbutive justice. To conclude,there have been many reasonable and progressive ideological elements in Wang Chuanshan’s discourse of distributive justice that can provide important implications for today’s socialistic China to realize distributive justice and to construct a harmonious socialist society.
