摘  要:目的探讨赏识性心理干预结合综合康复训练对偏瘫患者肢体功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 62例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为对照组(n=31)和治疗组(n=31),治疗组给予赏识性心理干预结合综合康复训练,对照组给予单纯综合康复训练,两组患者于治疗前和治疗4周后分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、改良的Barthel指数评分(MBI)来评定患者的运动功能、日常生活能力。结果治疗后,两组患者的FMA评分、MBI评分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善情况均优于对照组[FMA(P<0.01)、MBI(P<0.05)]。结论赏识性心理干预结合综合康复训练对偏瘫患者肢体功能和日常生活活动能力的恢复有明显的促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of appreciate psychological intervention combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on limb function and the ability of daily life in patients with hemiplegia. Methods 62 cases of hemiplegic patients after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group( n =31) and control group( n =31). Both the treatment group and control group were administered with the common comprehensive rehabilitation training, while the treatment group was administered additionally with appreciate psychological intervention. Patients in both groups were assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment( FMA) and modified barthel index(MBI) to evaluate the movement function and the ability of daily life before treatment and after 4 weeks' treatment. Results After treatment, FMA and MBI of both the two groups were improved significantly comparing with that before treatment( P〈0.01), and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, FMA( P〈0.01) and MBI( P〈0.05), respectively.Conclusion The limb function and ability of daily life were improved significantly in patients with hemiplegia administrated with appreciate psychological intervention combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training.
