参附注射液配合化疗治疗急性白血病患者28例

摘　　要：目的探讨参附注射液配合化疗治疗急性白血病患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院2012年1月—2013年1月收治的急性白血病患者共56例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各28例。其中对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予参附注射液配合化疗治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、骨髓抑制以及不良反应情况。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨髓抑制恢复正常的时间明显优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应率35.7%;对照组患者不良反应率60.7%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液配合化疗治疗急性白血病患者有着良好的临床疗效,能够减轻患者化疗期间骨髓抑制及化疗过程中的不良反应,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenfu injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia.Methods 56 cases of patients with acute leukemia treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group of 28 cases and control group of 28 cases using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with Shenfu injection combined with chemotherapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect, bone marrow suppression and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recovery of bone marrow depression of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group was 35.7% and 60.7%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia has good clinical effect. It can reduce the bone marrow suppression and adverse reactions during chemotherapy, and improve the therapeutic effect.
