眼针配合Rood物理技术治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过临床研究确定眼针疗法配合Rood物理治疗技术治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛的临床疗效。方法采取随机分组对照的方法将60例患者分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,治疗组采用眼针配合Rood物理治疗技术治疗,对照组采用体针治疗配合传统康复训练。结果治疗组和对照组对肩痛缓解均有明显效果(P<0.01),且治疗组对于疼痛的缓解明显优于传统对照组(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组均能促进患者上肢功能的提高(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组均能改善患者日常生活活动能力(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论眼针疗法配合Rood物理治疗技术治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛具有较好疗效,并且能够提高患者上肢功能和提高患者日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of eye acupuncture therapy combined with Rood physiotherapy technology in the treat-men of post-apoplexy-hemiplegia omalgia. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 cases. The treatment group used eye acupuncture therapy combined with Rood physiotherapy technology. The con-trol group adopted body acupuncture combined with traditional rehabilitation training. Visual analogue scale, Fugl-Meyer assessment scale and Barthel index were applied to evaluate patients before and after the treatment. Results Both the treatment group and the control group had obvious effects on relieving omalgia（ P〈0.01）, and the effect of the treatment group on relieving omalgia were significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）. Both the treatment group and the control group could promote patients ＇ upper limb function（P〈0.01）, and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）. Both the two groups could improve patients＇ mobility in daily life（ P〈0.01）, and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Eye acupuncture therapy combined with Rood physiotherapy technology had good therapeutic effect on post-apoplexy-hemiplegia omalgia, could enhance patients＇ upper limb function, and improve their mobility in daily life, which was worthy of clinic application.
