多边联合军事演习中合作医疗救援的做法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨多边联合军事演习中开展合作医疗救援的演习流程与训练。方法通过健康教育培训和疾病诊治实践,探讨多边联合军事演习中合作医疗救援的组织与实施。结果合作医疗救援中通过多媒体授课,现场健康教育培训,分专业混合编组,按筛查分诊流程,展开疾病诊治实践,培训效果好、受益面广,达到演练效果。结论多边联合军事演习中展开合作医疗救援,指挥机构精简务实和模块化抽组方式,护理人员具备一专多能,实现良好的沟通协调,有利于熟悉不同环境下的作战或救援模式,提升多种情况下卫勤遂行保障作业能力。Objective To explore the process and training of participating in Cooperate Health Engagement in multilateral joint military exercises.Methods The organization and implementation of Cooperate Health Engagement in multilateral joint military exercises were explored through health education training and practice of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Results a Good training effect and a wide range of benefits of the cooperate health engagement were achieved by multimedia teaching,the health education training,sub-professional mixed grouping,the screening triage process,and a practice of disease diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion In cooperate health engagement in multilateral joint military exercises,streamlined command structure,modular pumping group pragmatic way and nurses with multi-skill help to achieve good communication and coordination,which would avail us to master combat or rescue mode under different circumstances and promote our medical service capability under many conditions.
