颅脑不典型原始神经外胚层肿瘤MRI影像表现(附3例报道)

摘　　要：目的探讨颅脑不典型原始神经外胚层肿瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumors,PNET)的磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)影像特征。方法回顾分析3例少见部位PNET的平扫及增强MRI检查资料。结果 3例不典型PNET分别位于左侧丘脑、脑干、右侧顶骨等罕见部位,3例肿瘤存在液化坏死且其均位于肿瘤边缘;肿瘤强化程度与囊变程度无关,与病理结果一致。结论发生于颅脑罕见部位的不典型PNET,易与其它肿瘤混淆,误诊率高,正确认识其MRI特征性表现,对术前诊断本病及提高诊断率有重要参考价值。Objective To explore the magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）features of atypical primitive neuroectodermal tumor（PNET）in the brain.Methods MRI features of 3 cases with PNET in uncommon locations of the head confirmed by pathology which were analyzed retrospectively.Results Three cases of atypical PNET located in the left thalamus,the brain stem and the right side of the parietal bone respectively.Three cases of tumor liquefaction necrosis located at the edge of tumor;Strengthening of the cancer had nothing to do with sac change degree,consistent with the pathological results.Conclusion Occurred in a rare parts of the brain is not a typical PNET,is easily confused with other tumors,the misdiagnosis rate is high.A correct understanding of its characteristic MRI in preoperative diagnosis of the disease and improve the diagnostic rate has important reference value.
