摘　　要：首先从物流企业和商业银行两个角度对我国开展的仓单质押业务所遇到的风险进行了研究,把风险总结为物流公司的管理风险、银行的信贷风险以及法律风险,并指出了各种风险产生的原因。然后有针对性地提出了管理与控制各类风险的具体措施,以促进仓单质押业务的发展和我国物流金融的进步。In this paper, we studied the risks involved in the warehouse receipt pledge businesses operated by Chinese enterprises from the perspectives of the logistics enterprise and commercial bank respectively, then summarized them into the management risk of the logistics enterprises, the credit risk of the banks and the legal risk, then pointed out the causes for these risks, and at the end, proposed accordingly the specific measures to manage and control these risks.
