摘　　要：从我国乳品质量安全现状出发,将蒙牛企业在协同管理前后的财务状况进行对比,分析了蒙牛企业在供应链协同管理上的问题,并与内蒙古圣牧高科牧业有限公司的全供应链创新管理模式作对比,提出了乳品供应链应发展全供应链模式的新思路。In this paper, starting with the current status of the quality and safety of the diary products in China, we compared the financial situation of Monmilk before and after the introduction of the collaborative management system, then analyzed the problem it faced in supply chain collaborative management, then compared it with the whole supply chain innovative management mode of the Inner Mongolia Shengmu High-tech Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., and at the end, proposed some new ideas to propel the development of the diary product supply chains.
