摘　　要：根据港口物流服务供应链的基本理论对其内涵进行界定,在此基础上进一步阐述其六大功能。并结合长江港口物流服务发展现状与港口物流服务供应链柔性构建理论,对长江港口物流服务供应链系统、柔性构建原则和柔性构建框架等问题进行深入探析。最后,对如何科学构建长江港口物流服务供应链柔性提出六项具体措施。In this paper, we defined the connotation of the port logistics service supply chain, then on such basis further elaborated on its six major functions, then according to the current development status of the Yangtze River port logistics service industry and the flexible establishment theory of the port logistics service supply chains, discussed in-depth the problems concerning the Yangtze River port logistics service supply chain system, and at the end, proposed six specific measures to promote the flexible establishment of the supply chain system.
