摘　　要：ICP—OES(电感耦合等离子发射光谱)因其分析速度快、分析元素种类多、线性范围宽、化学干扰少等优良特性,被越来越多的行业所采用。介绍了使用ICP—OES测定天津大沽化工股份有限公司生产的高纯盐酸中的痕量铁,结果令人满意。最后,对ICP—OES维护与保养的要点进行了说明。ICP-OES（Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrum）has been applied in more and more industries due to its high analysis speed,wide range of elements,wide linear range and little chemical interferences.This paper presents results of the determination of trace iron in high purity hydrochloric acid by ICP-OES in Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co.,Ltd.and it was proved that the results are satisfactory.In the end,maintenance of the ICP-OE machine was described.
