高等院校工科类研究生创新能力培养的研究

摘　　要：创新能力的培养是高校教育长期广泛关注的话题。为进一步提高高等院校研究生创新能力的培养水平,从培养方案着手,分析高等院校研究生的人才培养现状及背景,讨论高等院校研究生创新能力方面的不足,重点提出培养学生创新能力的方法及措施。通过采取教学、实践、科研、生产相结合等教学形式,着重培养学生扎实的专业理论基础知识及实践技能,同时对学生的创新能力的培养进行探索和实践,有效地培养和提高学生的创新能力。The cultivation of innovation ability is a widely concerned topic in higher education. In order to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates in universities, starting from the training plan, the present situation and background of professional postgraduate talent cultivation in universities were analyzed, postgraduates＇ lack of innovation ability was discussed, and the methods and measures of students＇ innovation ability was raised. Combining teaching, practice, scientific research, and production, we focused on equipping students with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and practical skills, and students＇ innovation ability was explored and prac- ticed in order to cultivate and improve the innovative ability of students.
