摘 要:为筛选刺梨丛枝菌根真菌优势菌种应用于生产,促进其果实品质的提高及产业的发展提供科学依据,采用碱解离酸性品红染色法对贵州栽培的不同刺梨品种根系菌根真菌侵染特征及其种类进行研究。结果表明:1号刺梨、5号刺梨、6号刺梨和7号刺梨根系的菌根侵染率分别为15.6%、15.8%、20.8%和25.6%。侵染率的高低与根际土壤速效钾、pH呈显著正相关,与土壤水解氮、全钾呈显著负相关。从刺梨根系土壤中分离到AM真菌共4个属54种,包括类球囊霉属1种,盾巨孢囊霉属1种,球囊霉属33种,无梗囊霉属19种,优势种为孢果无梗囊霉和近明球囊霉。The infection characteristics and species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the rhizosphere of different R.roxburghii Tratt varieties were analyzed by the acid fuchsin stain method to screen dominant strains of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi for production of R.roxburghii Tratt and provide the scientific basis for fruit quality improvement and industrial development of R.roxburghii Tratt.Results:The mycorrhizal infection rate of R.roxburghii Tratt 1,R.roxburghii Tratt 5,R.roxburghii Tratt 6and R.roxburghii Tratt 7root system is 15.6%,15.8%,20.8% and 25.6% respectively.The level of infection rate is significantly and positively related to soil rapid available K content and pH,and significantly and negatively related to soil hydrolysable nitrogen content and total K content.54 species,4genera of AM fungi including 33 Glomus species,19 Acoaclospora species,1 Scutellospora species and 1 Paraglomus species are isolated from R.roxburghii Tratt root system and the dominant species are Acoaclospora sporocarpia and Glomus clarodieum.
