摘　　要：科研团队是高校为适应时代发展而在科研队伍管理中推行的一种人才组织模式,是高校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,是发挥科研创新能力的主力军。科研团队的有效性和高校的科研水平紧密相关,系统整理高校科研团队有效性评价的相关研究成果,加大对科研团队的评价和管理力度是当前高校科研管理面临的重要任务。从高校科研团队有效性评价指标、评价方法和体系、评价模型等方面,对相关的研究成果进行整理和分析,提出了高校科研团队有效性评价下一步的研究方向和重点内容。The university research teams are a kind of talent management mode,an important part of university teaching staff and the main force of scientific research innovation.Effectiveness of university research teams is related closely to the level of scientific research in universities.Therefore,to comb existing research results and increase the intensity of the guidance of university research teams is the main task of scientific research management of universities.This paper analyzes and evaluates the relevant former research results of university research team effectiveness evaluation from the evaluation indexes,method and system,evaluation model,points out the study direction and key content of the university research team effectiveness evaluation in the future.
