摘　　要：文中分析了当前企业生产运营计划与控制的状况,指出其在交货期控制、信息集成等方面存在的诸多问题,提出了构建基于供应链环境下的生产运营计划系统和信息平台模型.通过统一上下游资源、优化供应链流程,快速应对市场的变化;通过生产同步化,提高生产运营计划系统的柔性和灵敏性,有效降低过程运营成本,使供应链效能最大化.This paper analyzes the current situation of the enterprise production and operation plan and its management, and points out that there exists some problems in the control of delivery date, information integration and etc. Also, the paper puts forward the building of production operation planning system based on supply chain environment and information platform model. By unifying upstream and downstream resources and optimizing supply chain processes to have a rapid response to the market change; Improve the flexibility and agility of production operation plan system through the synchronization on production processes, which can effectively reduce the process of operating costs and maximize the efficiency of the supply chain.
