摘　　要：高校创业教育担负起培养青年创新创业人才的重任,经过多年的发展,虽然取得一些成就,但是也存在许多问题。产学研合作成为解决这些问题的一条有效途径,它能够促进创业教育的专业化发展,加强创业教育实践环节,深化创业教育校内外资源融合,为最终实现"大众创业,万众创新"的目标做出积极贡献。The university entrepreneurship education takes on the important task of cultivating young talents of innovation and Entrepreneurship. After many years of development, although some achievements have been made, there are also many problems. Industry-university-research cooperation is an effective way to solve these problems. It can promote the development of entrepreneurship education, strengthen the practice of entrepreneurship education, and deepen the integration of resources in and out university. Entrepreneurship education can make contribution to the ul-timate realization of ＂public entrepreneurship, make a positive contribution to the goal of innovation＂.
