摘　　要：以湖北工业大学为例,分析了现阶段普通高等学校,特别是省属高校工科本科毕业设计(论文)的现状,在多年教学实践基础上,分析了以本科毕业设计(论文)为载体的导师制可行性,开展了所在学校的本科毕业设计(论文)运行模式实际探索,总结了实际过程中需要注意的若干问题,旨在提供本科毕业设计(论文)管理思路和实践方式。At present, thesis in many colleges and universities is a burden for teachers and pupils in a certain way, especially for provincial college of engineering undergraduate. On the basis of teaching practice for many years, the status of undergraduate graduation design （thesis） is analyzed, in which bachelor thesis of Hubei university of tech-nology is introduced as an example. In the paper, undergraduate graduation design （thesis） operation mode is practical explored under tutorial system. Some problems that need to be paid attention to in the actual process is summed up for designing to provide undergraduate graduation design （thesis） management ideas and practice.
