高频超声检查甲状腺乳头状癌超声图像的特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声法检查甲状腺癌超声图像的特征。方法对2011年4月至2014年8月间治疗的150例乳头状甲状腺癌患者采用高频色彩色多普勒超声检查,分析乳头状甲状腺癌的超声图像特征。结果不同病理类型的超声图像特征亦不同,乳头状癌边界不清晰,内部呈点状钙化,乳头状癌部分呈蟹足样或毛刺状,内部呈低回声或混合性回声,局部有明显的血流信号,有晕环(多数好像没有晕环)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可提供丰富的声像图像,同时可显示彩色血流信号,但是需要结合临床症状和超声图像特征对乳头状甲状腺癌进行诊断,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the features of the high-frequency ultrasound image of thyroid cancer under color Doppler ultrasound. Methods A total of 150 cases of thyroid cancer patients treated in Xuzhou Tumor Hospital from April 2011 to August 2014 were treated under color Doppler ultrasound,then through comprehensive analysis of ultrasound images so as to sum up the difference among the different kinds of thyroid cancer pathological types,which show different ultrasound image features. Results The ultrasound image features of different pathological types were also different. Papillary carcinoma boundary was not clear,internal spotty calcification. Some papillary carcinoma were Crab-like or burr-like,internal hypoechoic or mixed echo,locally significant flow signals,as well as blood flow signals. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can provide a wealth of audio and video images besides the blood flow condition. It is suggested to combine clinical symptoms with the characteristics of ultrasound images of different pathological types of thyroid cancer to improve the diagnosis of thyroid cancer actually,which should be introduced in clinical practice.
