优质护理对胃癌根治术后患者情绪并发症及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对胃癌根治术患者情绪、术后并发症和护理满意度的影响。方法收集2012年1月至2013年12月间行胃癌根治术的108例患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(优质护理),每组各54例。观察和比较两组患者护理前后的情绪变化,术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显降低(均P<0.05);观察组患者肺部感染、切口感染、吻合口瘘、胃肠功能障碍、压疮等并发症发生率均显著降低(均P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够调节胃癌根治术患者负面情绪,减少术后并发症发生,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the mood,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree for patients with gastrectomy. Methods The 108 patients with gastrectomy in Central Hospital of Baoji City during the period from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomized into the control group（ routine nursing） and the observation group（ high quality nursing）according to the random number,and 54 patients in each group. The mood changes on pre- and post-nursing,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and the self-rating depression scale（ SDS） on post-nursing in the observation group were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）;The incidence of postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection,incision infection,anastomotic fistula,gastrointestinal dysfunction and pressure ulcer were obviously reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; The patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The high quality nursing can regulate the negative emotions for patients with gastrectomy,reduce the postoperative complications,improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service,and is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
