关于日本国立大学法人化研究的现状述评和前景展望——基于CNKI数据库

摘　　要：日本国立大学法人化是日本战后高等教育最重要的一项改革,其根本目的是改变国立大学的运营体制,引入市场竞争机制,把国立大学变成为一种介于政府和民间的特殊机构。文章选取了CNKI数据库中有关"日本国立大学法人化"的42篇专业期刊文章进行了综述,指出了现有研究文献存在的"研究方法单一、缺乏横向比较视角、研究资料来源途径少、过度关注正面效果而忽视负面影响"等不足,并预测指出,未来对此问题的研究将会呈现出侧重理论结合实际、整体研究转向个例分析、关注改革最新动向等特点与趋势。Corporatization of cation in Japan. It＇s fundamental ties in Japan, introducing market national universities in Japan is an important reform of higher edu- the the operating system of national universi- competition mechanism, changing national universities into special institutions that between public and private. This paper selects 42 academic papers in CNKI with the keywords of ＂the Corporatization of National Universities in Japan＂. It points out the existing prob- lems： the single research method, lack of transverse comparison,lack of research data sources , o- ver attention to positive effects rather than negative effects, and so on. And the paper predicts that future research about the Corporatization of National Universities will lay particular stress on theory combined with the reality, and the current comprehensive study would turn to individual study andfocus on new trends, and so on.
