摘　　要：从中国财经类高校目前发展现状的实际出发,结合金融学本科人才培养体系的基本内涵及构建的基本原则,提出要从人才培养体系结构和课程教学内容的优化两方面提高人才培养质量,特别从理论教学、通识教育教学及实践教学体系三方面对未来金融学人才培养提出对策和建议。This essay starts from the present status of the Chinese finance universities and col- leges, combined with the finance undergraduate talent cultivation system, the basic connotation and the basic principles of talent cultivation system structure, and it puts forwards the two aspects from which quality of talents can be expected to be improved, i. e. optimizing the quality of talent training and teaching content ,especially theory teaching ,general education and practice teaching system.
