摘  要:岗位分析是高校人力资源管理的基础,也是高校人事管理人员需要掌握的基本技能。《事业单位人事管理条例》出台后明确要求事业单位进行岗位管理,如何进行有效的岗位分析成为现阶段高校人事工作的一个重点。高校岗位分析工作是一项复杂而又细致的工作,有效的岗位分析能促进高校人力资源规模、质量及制度建设的协调发展,促进高校人力资源的合理配置,提升学科整体实力和科研创新能力。Position analysis is the basis of human resource management in colleges and univer- sities, and it is also the basic skills that university personnel management need to master. How to carry out an effective position analysis is a key point for the university personnel work after the en- actment of "personnel management regulations for public institutions". Position analysis in universi- ty is a complicated and meticulous work, an effective position analysis can promote the coordinated development of human resources in university, such as scale, quality and system construction, and promote the rational allocation of human resources in university, and it also will enhance the overall strength of the discipline and innovation ability in scientific research.
