摘　　要：科研管理人员作为高校科研活动的组织者和服务者,其素质和工作能力直接影响到高校的科研管理水平,只有具备高素质的科研管理队伍,才能保障科研工作的顺利开展。文章概述了目前高校科研管理队伍的现状及存在的问题,就科研管理人员应具备的素质和工作能力进行了探讨,最后对高校科研管理人员队伍建设提出了建议。As a university research management personnel and research activities of the organ- izers of the service, its quality and the ability to work directly affect the level of university research management, only with high - quality research management team in order to ensure the smooth con- duct scientific research. Article summarizes the current status of university research management and existing problems, research managers should have the quality and ability to work are discussed, and finally to the construction of university research management staff recommendations.
