培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取周口市中心医院呼吸内科病区晚期NSCLC患者95例,根据治疗方法不同分为培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗组(PP组,50例)和吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗组(GP组,45例),比较2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。根据临床疗效将PP组分为有效组与无效组,分析影响培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗效果的影响因素。结果 PP组疾病控制率与客观有效率均显著高于GP组(P<0.05)。PP组不良反应发生率显著低于GP组(P<0.05)。影响PP组治疗效果的因素可能有吸烟状况和病理类型。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效显著优于吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,药物毒副作用小,且其疗效受吸烟状况、病理类型影响。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced stage non-small-cell lung carcinoma（ NSCLC）. Methods A total of 95 advanced stage NSCLC patients in Department of Pneumology of the Central Hospital of Zhoukou were selected and divided into pemetrexed combined with cisplatin group（ PP group,50 cases） and gemcitabine combined with cisplatin group（ GP group,45 cases）. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. The patients in PP group were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the clinical curative effect,and the influencing factor for the treatment effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin were analyzed. Results The disease control rate and objective response rate in the PP group were significantly higher than those in GP group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction of PP group was significantly lower than that of GP group（ P〈0. 05）. The influencing factor for the treatment effect of PP group were smoking and pathology type possiblely. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin is better than that of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,which has little toxic and side-effect and is influenced by smoking and pathology type.
