牙釉质粘接技术在瓷贴面修复中的应用

摘　　要：随着粘接技术日益成熟,患者对自身牙体组织保存意愿不断增强,瓷贴面被越来越广泛地应用于修复前牙切端缺损、牙齿着变色和畸形等。与全冠相比,瓷贴面磨除牙体组织少;但因缺乏固位型、粘接面积小等原因,瓷贴面常不易获得有效固位。本文就牙釉质粘接技术在瓷贴面修复中的研究进展进行综述,包括粘接剂种类、釉质粘接原理、影响瓷贴面与牙釉质粘接效果的因素等。With increasingly mature of stomatology esthetic restoration and continuously improving ideas of patients preserve their own dental tissues,Porcelain laminate veneer is widely used to restore incisor angle defect,tooth discoloration and tooth deformity. Compared with full crown,Porcelain laminate veneer is minor invasiveness and ethetic. However,Porcelain laminate veneer often can＇t obtain stong rention beacuse of the little cutting and the small bonding area. The article will summarize the types of adhesives, the theroy of enamel bonding and those factors that influence the bonding strength between porcelain laminate veneer and enamel.
